APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULES
A $50 FEE is imposed on reschedules within 48 hours of scheduled service with no exceptions and will require a Service Deposit to book a subsequent appointment. If a new Deposit is not collected, the initial paid Deposit will not be credited towards your scheduled service.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
A $50 FEE is imposed on cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service with no exceptions and will require a Service Deposit to book a subsequent appointment. Repeated no-shows or cancellations will result in refusal of pre-scheduling opportunities.
SERVICE DEPOSITS
Service deposits paid online, mobile, and/or in-person at VESPER SALON are non-refundable and required for first-time guests and rescheduled bookings. Service deposits are credited towards a scheduled service as long as your appointment is not canceled/rescheduled and are non-refundable/non-transferable with no exceptions. Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show and/or prior-day/same-day cancellation.
SERVICE PRICES
Service prices at VESPER SALON are subject to change without notice; however, we will always strive to maintain costs. We will always quote a base price and address changes or conditions in your services as your final cost if needed.
APPOINTMENT LATENESS
Please be courteous and provide notice of lateness when arriving late. Arriving more than 15 minutes beyond an appointment time may result in appointment cancellation and a $50 FEE. Notice will be given either verbal and/or written if appointments need to be rescheduled. We kindly encourage our new guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointments.
APPOINTMENT RE-DO'S
We strive to provide exceptional service to our guests. If you are not satisfied with your service, we require you to notify and reschedule your service within 7 days of your original appointment to avoid any additional charges.
PAYMENTS
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
PRODUCT RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
Our professional hair care products are of superior quality and we are confident that you will love them! However, if are not satisfied with a specific item, unopened or lightly used products may be exchanged or provided store credit up to 14 days after the original purchase.
Any VESPER + Rewards Points earned from a product being returned will be revoked, while points earned from a product being exchanged will be revoked and then replaced with the points rewarded to you from the new product.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange and/or store credit if a product is not returned in its original packaging, the product ingredients have been diluted, extracted, and/or tampered with, 50% of the product or more has been used, and/or the returned product is in a damaged state. We do not provide cash refunds or accept returns of travel size or discontinued products. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
Gift Cards/Gift Credits are non-refundable.
