Service prices at VESPER SALON are subject to change without notice; however, we will always strive to maintain costs. We will always quote a base price and address changes or conditions in your services as your final cost if needed.
Pre-scheduling appointments is recommended in order to receive your preferred date and time for your services.
Appointments must be confirmed within 3 days. Those not confirmed within that time period will need to be rescheduled, if necessary, in order to accomodate other guests.
Credit cards are required to hold multiple guest service appointments. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the services amount.
We ask that you are respectful of our time and of other guests by providing a minimum 24-hour notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or cancellations will result in refusal of pre-scheduling opportunities.
We kindly encourage our new guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointments. Please understand that lateness affects everyone and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointments without notice will need to be rescheduled if necessary. Notice will be given either verbal and/or written if appointments need to be rescheduled.
We strive to provide exceptional service to our guests. If you are not satisfied with your service, we require you to notify and reschedule your service within 7 days of your original appointment to avoid any additional charges.
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Our professional hair care products are of superior quality and we are confident that you will love them! However, if are not satisfied with a specific item, unopened or lightly used products may be exchanged or provided store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase. Any VESPER + Points earned from a product being returned will be revoked, while points earned from a product being exchanged will be revoked and then replaced with the points rewarded to you from the new product.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange and/or store credit if a product is not returned in its original packaging, the product ingredients have been diluted, extracted, and/or tampered with, 50% of the product or more has been used, and/or the returned product is in a damaged state. We do not provide cash refunds or accept returns of travel size or discontinued products. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
Gift Credits are not refundable.
